Shipping policy

We ship everything through USPS. Once an item is picked up by USPS we are no longer responsible for the package. If there is an issue with the package (getting lost, or stolen, etc) you will need to contact USPS or for a resolution. 

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING BACK ORDERS AND COVERING SHIPPING COSTS  

Turnaround time for preorders in our VIP Facebook group is 21/35 business days after the pre order is closed. Each Pre-Order will have a closing date on the post. TAT starts after closing date is closed.

Turnaround time for RTS items are 5/7 business days. We are very good at getting things out sooner than our TAT and letting you know the status of your order!
